Naori Terms and Conditions

This is a disclaimer for all our products and services published on our website (naorifoods.com) and for sale in the store or by phone. The photos published on the website are illustrative and may vary. The size and quantity of the calculated portions are estimated and may vary.

The published sizes of the products are a close approximate. The colors and flavors of our products and fruits can vary. The availability of products may vary even if the checkout has proceeded. In this case, we will call the client before confirming the order and discuss the available options. Naori does not compensate the client for changes in the availability of products or services.

The prices may vary at the discretion of the store and without prior notice to customers. Already paid orders are excluded from price variations. Quotes are valid for three months from the date of quote generation.

The message of the personalized card is given by the client. Naori reserves the right to refuse any content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates any laws or
regulations.

Naori reserves the right to deny admission to any person in the store.
 
Allergen Policy 
 
Naori do not specialize in allergen-free cakes or desserts, our products may contain nuts, egg, dairy or gluten.
 
Cancellations, Refunds, Pickup and Delivery


Orders Policy 
 
Orders will be confirmed by phone call, text messages or email the day before and/or the same day of the pickup or delivery. Every order has a pickup time, however in some busy days and most festivity days there may be a waiting time on the line.

Cancellations are effective only if approved by Naori on a written message, up to 24 hours notice before your scheduled pickup or delivery.

If a cancellation is approved, Naori will provide a store credit for the full amount of the cancelled products and/or services. The store’s credit must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase and it will be subject to the availability of products.

If a refund is approved there will be a nonrefundable charge due processing costs: 5% of the amount to be refunded for partial refunds or 20% of the total
purchase amount for full refunds. There may be delays for non-confirmed orders or orders confirmed at the last minute. Please note that last-minute confirmations may require some time to complete the order. If a confirmed order is not picked-up in the store or received in the requested place and time of Delivery it
can lead to the total loss of the order.
 
Pick-up orders Policy
 
 The pickup person/company must provide the following information: first name, last name and last four digits of the phone number placed on the order.
Without the correct information, Naori will not provide the product to the pickup person. The pickup person will be responsible for check the right product, size and filling is given to they at the time of pick-up. Once the pick-up person leaves the store with the product/s, Naori will not allow any returns, cancellations, credits nor refunds. Naori will not provide help to transport the orders from the store to the client or pick-up person vehicle, any damages occurred to the product due incorrect storage or transportation will be of no responsibility for Naori. 
 
Delivery Service Policy


Deliveries are done in two different time frames: from 10 am to 3 pm OR 2 pm to 8 pm, with no specific or shorter window time. In festivity days we may have an
extended window time for deliveries. The driver will call or text the receiving person to confirm that someone will receive the order. At the time of arrival, they will call by phone and/or the door. If they don’t receive an answer in 15 minutes, they will continue the route. In that case, the client loses the order and the delivery fee. The client must contact the store to see available options. If there is availability, the delivery may be rescheduled and the client must pay an additional delivery fee if rescheduling is approved. The receiving person is responsible for proper storage of the product. Orders will be confirmed by phone call and/or text messages and/or email the day before and/or the same day of the pickup or delivery was placed for.
